We are pleased to inform you that on July 14,2016, the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity approved the Revival of the Association´s Governing Documents. In accordance with Florida covenant revival law, the Revived Declaration has been recorded in the Official Records Book 30189, Pages 641-997 of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida on August 11, 2016.
