Snapper Creek at Kings Creek Village, Miami, FL

Kings Creek Village

Kings Creek Village was established November 15, 1971, by the Babcock Company, with the drafting of the original Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions For Kings Creek Village; and subsequent recording in the Official Records Book 7475, at Page 59 of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Generally, Kings Creek Village is bounded on the North by the Snapper Creek Expressway (SR 878); East by SW 77 Avenue (and more obviously by the Palmetto Expressway, SR 826); South by the Snapper Creek Canal; and West by SW 87 Ave (Galloway Road). The sub-division includes single family residences, town homes, and condominiums, as well as a shopping plaza and recreation center. A Revived Declaration was recorded on August 8, 2016, in the Public Records, to account for one or more parcels that were no longer governed under the original Declaration.

Kings Creek Village is a beautifully maintained, quiet and peaceful community. It boasts of exceptional outdoor recreational facilities, including two pools, tennis, basketball, pickleball, and handball courts, and a greenway path; as well indoor pool & ping-pong tables; and a beautifully renovated Clubhouse Events room that can host a variety of private and community events. The Shopping Center currently includes restaurants & cafes, professional services, an athletic gym, and more.

The high community standards make ownership in Kings Creek Village an excellent investment; and with well-maintained, beautifully landscaped grounds, private security 24/7, and situated away from high-traffic areas, it ensures a safe and cozy neighborhood with quick access to major mall shopping, first class hospital and health care, and all the best for quality living in South Miami-Dade.
